These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program offered by BIBLE IN THE CLASSROOM INC (“Bible in the Classroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

SMS Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Bible in the Classroom, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages related to our nonprofit mission and activities.

Messages may include organizational and mission updates, impact stories and milestones, information about schools and classrooms, event announcements, fundraising appeals, donation requests, and other mission-related communications.

Participation in our SMS program is voluntary and is not a condition of making a donation or receiving information from Bible in the Classroom.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies.

​

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Bible in the Classroom does not charge a separate fee for participating in our SMS program.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Bible in the Classroom.

​

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

Mobile Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside the control of Bible in the Classroom.

 

Privacy and SMS Consent

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

 

Eligibility

By enrolling in the Bible in the Classroom SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to provide the mobile number submitted.

 

Changes to These Terms

Bible in the Classroom may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

 

Your continued participation in the SMS program following an update is subject to the then-current SMS Terms & Conditions.
